I've been writing professionally for over 20 years. I started as a journalist working on newspapers, evolving into feature and entertainment articles. I now write for Sussex Exclusive, as well as running my own PR & copywriting business.
I write commercial historical fiction about real women who became “firsts” in high-pressure, male-dominated worlds. My novels focus on ambition, fame, and the personal cost of visibility, telling cinematic, character-driven stories grounded in true history. Positioned alongside authors such as Kate Quinn and Natasha Lester, my work is designed for book club readers who enjoy immersive, fast-paced narratives centred on extraordinary women.

I enjoy writing historical fiction and am currently immersed in 1950s USA writing about makeup and strippers for my latest novel, Lipstick.
I co-host writing retreats via Blue Pier Creative with the fabulous Daisy White, where we get to talk all things writing with our wonderful retreat guests. I am available for book clubs, speaking events and school visits.
